This quick and flavorful air fryer sweet chili chicken with crispy Brussels sprouts is perfect for a satisfying weeknight dinner. Juicy chicken glazed with sweet chili sauce pairs beautifully with roasted Brussels sprouts with a seasoned, crispy exterior.

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss chicken strips with half of the sweet chili sauce. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes until cooked through and slightly crispy.
  5. While chicken cooks, spread Brussels sprouts evenly in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes until browned and crispy, shaking halfway through.
  6. Once cooked, toss chicken with remaining sweet chili sauce. Serve chicken topped with sesame seeds and green onions alongside Brussels sprouts.
