- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss chicken strips with half of the sweet chili sauce. Set aside.
- In another bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes until cooked through and slightly crispy.
- While chicken cooks, spread Brussels sprouts evenly in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes until browned and crispy, shaking halfway through.
- Once cooked, toss chicken with remaining sweet chili sauce. Serve chicken topped with sesame seeds and green onions alongside Brussels sprouts.
Notes
- Adjust cooking times based on your air fryer model.
- For extra spice, add a dash of Sriracha to the chili sauce.
- Serve with steamed rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
