- 12 frozen potstickers

- 1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms (optional)
- 2 scallions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in broth and soy sauce, bring to a simmer.
- Add potstickers and mushrooms, cook until potstickers are heated through and broth is flavorful.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or chili oil. You can substitute vegetable broth for a vegetarian version. Adjust soy sauce for saltiness.
