Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

- Divide dough into small balls and flatten into discs.
- Spoon caramel sauce onto the center of each disc, then top with another disc, sealing edges carefully.
- Place cookies onto prepared baking sheets. Gently press down to flatten slightly.
- Sprinkle sugar crystals on top of each cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
