- 12 slider buns or small sandwich rolls
- 8 slices of crispy bacon, chopped
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or aioli (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter or cooking spray for toasting
Instructions
- Split the slider buns in half and lightly toast them with butter or cooking spray until golden. Set aside.
- In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, scramble the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until just set but still moist. Remove from heat.
- Spread mayonnaise or aioli on the bottom half of each bun if desired. Layer with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Top with the other half of the bun.
- Place the assembled sliders on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the buns are slightly toasted.
