- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- Mix minced garlic and melted butter in a small bowl.
- Roll out crescent dough and cut into rectangles.
- Brush dough with garlic butter mixture, then evenly distribute cooked beef and shredded cheese over each piece.
- Roll up tightly and place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
- Baste the tops with remaining garlic butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.

- Feel free to add bacon bits or diced onions for extra flavor.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or a fresh side salad.
