- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in shredded cheddar, Parmesan, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Combine cooked spaghetti with the cheese sauce, mixing well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with additional cheese if desired.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
