- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, crab meat, milk, and parsley until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, prepare lemon butter sauce by melting butter in a saucepan over low heat, then stir in lemon juice and zest.
- Drizzle warm biscuits with lemon butter sauce before serving.

- Use fresh crab meat for best flavor.
- You can add a pinch of cayenne for spiciness.
