- 1 package crescent roll dough (8 sheets)
- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese with cranberries and sugar until well combined.
- Unroll crescent dough and cut into triangles or squares.
- Place a spoonful of the cranberry cream cheese mixture onto each dough piece and roll up or fold to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Optional: garnish with chopped nuts and additional cranberries before serving.
