- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 cups cooked stuffing
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cooked stuffing, cranberries, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Add beaten eggs and mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
- Roll each ball in bread crumbs to coat evenly.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the balls until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm with cranberry sauce.
Notes
- You can bake these balls in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes if preferred.
- For added flavor, try adding chopped nuts or grated cheese to the mixture.
