Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
- In a baking dish, combine cooked mushrooms mixture with sliced chicken breasts.
- Pour chicken broth over the mixture, season with salt and pepper, then top with sour cream.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
- Serve hot over cooked egg noodles and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

- For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine during mushroom sautéing.
