  • 4 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken slices with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken to skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, chicken broth, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
