  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onions, green peppers, and garlic until soft.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned; season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
