Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Meanwhile, cook smoked sausage slices in a skillet until browned and cooked through.
- In a large bowl, combine ranch dressing and shredded cheese to create the sauce.
- Once potatoes are roasted, mix with the sauce and top with cooked sausage slices.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute smoked sausage with kielbasa or turkey sausage for a leaner option.
- For extra flavor, add diced onions or bell peppers to the roasting mixture.
