- 12 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, crispy and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup milk or heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Mix in cooked chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Stir in ranch dressing, milk or cream, and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked pasta and crumbled bacon into the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan before serving hot.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked turkey or ham for chicken.
- For a healthier version, use Greek yogurt instead of ranch dressing.
- Adjust garlic and ranch seasoning to taste for more flavor.
