- 2 lbs cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Add shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese to the sauce; stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- You can add sautéed spinach or cauliflower to boost veggies.
- Use full-fat dairy for creamier texture.
