- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz lasagna noodles
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add shredded chicken, marinara sauce, and heavy cream. Stir well to combine.
- Layer cooked noodles into the skillet, breaking them if necessary to fit.
- Spread ricotta cheese over the noodles, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Cover and simmer on low until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly, about 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
- Use cooked leftover chicken for quicker preparation.
- For a healthier version, substitute cream with milk or Greek yogurt.
