A rich and creamy chicken and spinach casserole made with tender chicken pieces, fresh spinach, and melted cream cheese, baked to a golden perfection.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 4 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Set aside.
