- 2 lbs cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 4 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, sautéed spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish andspread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked turkey for chicken.
- For a crispy top, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with a side salad or crusty bread for a complete meal.
