- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add tortellini and broccoli, cook until pasta is tender and broccoli is bright green, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook until cheese melts and sauce thickens slightly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

- Use fresh broccoli for optimal flavor and texture.
- You can substitute heavy cream with half & half for a lighter version.
- Serve with extra Parmesan or a squeeze of lemon for added zest.
