- 3 cups cooked sweet corn kernels
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from oven, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve warm with corn chips or vegetables.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cooked bacon bits or diced jalapenos.
- Can be prepared a day ahead and baked just before serving.
