- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon garam masala

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
- Place chicken pieces into the crockpot.
- Add garlic, spices, tomato sauce, and butter.
- Stir well to combine and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Stir in heavy cream during the last 30 minutes and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve over rice or with naan.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste. For spicier flavor, add red chili flakes.
- Can be made with chicken breasts, but thighs are more flavorful and tender.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables for a balanced meal.
