- 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks

- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon garam masala

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken chunks into the slow cooker.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then stir in garlic, garam masala, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour the sauce into the slow cooker with the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
