Instructions
- Place chicken, corn, onion, garlic, broth, thyme, salt, and pepper into the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Stir in heavy cream and butter 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve hot garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
