- 1 package (9 oz) fresh tortellini

Instructions
- Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, then drain excess fat.
- Add the sausage, chopped onion, and garlic to the slow cooker.
- Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes, stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Add the tortellini during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Stir in spinach and Parmesan cheese before serving.

- You can substitute turkey sausage for a leaner option.
- Adjust seasoning to taste and add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
