- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and chicken. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
- For added flavor, sprinkle red pepper flakes or grated Mozzarella cheese before serving.
