Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coating with the sauce, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
