Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear pork chops until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer pork chops to slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together garlic, Parmesan, heavy cream, and additional seasoning.
- Pour sauce over pork chops in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until pork is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For extra flavor, add a dash of crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce.
