This creamy garlic pasta is a quick and easy dish made with simple ingredients, rich in flavor and perfect for a cozy night in. It combines tender pasta with a velvety garlic sauce, topped with fresh herbs and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) of spaghetti or your favorite pasta
  • 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
