- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add chicken chunks and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce, garam masala, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well; cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.

- Adjust spice levels to taste.
- You can substitute coconut milk for heavy cream for a dairy-free version.
