- 1 pound Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1 package (16 oz) potato gnocchi
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove excess fat.
- Add diced onion and garlic to the pot, sauté until fragrant and translucent.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add gnocchi to the boiling broth and cook according to package instructions until tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and Italian seasoning, simmer for 5 minutes to blend flavors.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy a comforting bowl of creamy Italian sausage gnocchi soup.
