  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 oz penne or your favorite pasta
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
