- 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 8 oz penne or your favorite pasta
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- You can add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
- Ensure not to overcook the chicken to keep it tender.
