  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring constantly. Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in grated parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
