- 1 lb (450g) ground beef or preferred meat
- 3 large potatoes, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add diced potatoes and cook until golden and crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onions and garlic, cook until fragrant and translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add ground meat, cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Return potatoes to the skillet, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine, simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ground beef with chicken or turkey for a leaner option.
- For extra flavor, add shredded cheese on top just before serving.
