- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large egg
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
- Transfer the meatballs to a skillet with marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes to meld flavors.

- You can substitute beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
- Serve with spaghetti, crusty bread, or a green salad for a complete meal.
