- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground meat, cook until browned, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add diced potatoes, cook until crispy and golden.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Return meat to the skillet, then pour in heavy cream; stir well.
- Simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese and parsley before serving.
