- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add crushed tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Add pasta, stirring to coat with the sauce. Add water if needed to cover the pasta.
- Cook until pasta is al dente, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until heated through and creamy.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh basil, and serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute heavy cream with coconut milk for a dairy-free version.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Top with extra Parmesan for added flavor.
