Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Butter a baking dish and layer sliced potatoes.
- Spread roasted garlic evenly over the potatoes.
- Pour heavy cream over the layered potatoes.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
