- 20 large pasta shells
- 1 pound cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 pound crab meat
- 1 cup scallops, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta shells in boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine cooked seafood, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and place in a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and add heavy cream. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Pour the cream sauce over the stuffed shells, sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- You can substitute other seafood like lobster or scallops based on preference.
- Serve with a fresh side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
