  • 20 large pasta shells
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 pound crab meat
  • 1 cup scallops, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta shells in boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine cooked seafood, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and place in a baking dish.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter and add heavy cream. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Pour the cream sauce over the stuffed shells, sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
