Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Lower heat to medium. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and butter, cooking for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over top, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with sides like mashed potatoes or vegetables.
Notes
- Ensure chicken is evenly cooked for best results.
- For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream with coconut milk or almond cream.
- Reheat leftovers gently in a skillet or microwave, adding a splash of milk or cream if needed.
