- 1 cup long-grain white rice
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Sear chicken in a large skillet until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese to make the sauce. Simmer until thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coat in sauce, and simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve chicken and sauce over rice, garnished with herbs.
