- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and add thyme. Stir and simmer until sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste. For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Serve with rice or crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
