- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz (225 g) round Brie cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4-5 fresh figs, sliced
- 1 egg, beaten
- Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Place the Brie in the center.
- Top the Brie with honey and sliced figs.
- Wrap the puff pastry around the cheese, trimming excess if necessary, and pinch edges to seal.
- Brush the pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary before serving.
