- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender into the flour, then the egg, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through.

- You can add more spices to customize the flavor. For extra crunch, press the breading onto the chicken firmly.
