Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with lemon zest.
- Dredge each chicken piece first in flour, then in egg, and finally coat thoroughly with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with fresh lemon wedges and chopped parsley.
