- 1 pound chicken tenders or chicken breasts sliced into strips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Prepare three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with mixed breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken strip into the flour, then the egg, and finally coat evenly with the seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add grated Parmesan cheese or crushed cornflakes to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauces like honey mustard, ranch, or spicy buffalo sauce.
