Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel sweet potatoes, then cut into evenly sized strips.
- In a large bowl, toss sweet potato strips with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
Notes
For extra crunch, toss fries with a little cornstarch before baking. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce for extra flavor.
