- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- Green scallions, sliced, for garnish

Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken strips into beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the flour mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry chicken in batches until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, hot sauce, honey, and rice vinegar to make the bang bang sauce.
- Toss the fried chicken with the sauce until well coated.
- Plate the chicken, garnish with sliced scallions and sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
