Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 large apples, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Bake crust for 10 minutes and let cool.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Mix in sour cream until well combined.
  4. Pour filling over cooled crust. Bake for 40-45 minutes until set. Cool completely.
  5. Top with caramel sauce and arrange apple slices on top. Sprinkle cinnamon over apples.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Drizzle additional caramel before serving if desired.
