- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 2 large apples, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes and let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Mix in sour cream until well combined.
- Pour filling over cooled crust. Bake for 40-45 minutes until set. Cool completely.
- Top with caramel sauce and arrange apple slices on top. Sprinkle cinnamon over apples.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Drizzle additional caramel before serving if desired.
Notes
- For an extra touch, sprinkle chopped nuts or cinnamon sugar on top before serving.
