  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into mini muffin tins to form a crust. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Cream the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Pipe or spoon onto the cooled crusts.
  3. Heat heavy cream and pour over chocolate chips. Stir until smooth to make ganache.
  4. Spoon the chocolate ganache over the cheesecake layer, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
