- 1 cup crushed graham crackers

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Additional crushed cookies and chocolate for topping
Instructions
- Mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into mini muffin tins to form a crust. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Cream the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Pipe or spoon onto the cooled crusts.
- Heat heavy cream and pour over chocolate chips. Stir until smooth to make ganache.
- Spoon the chocolate ganache over the cheesecake layer, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish with crushed cookies and chocolate shavings before serving.
