Ingredients

  • ½ cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • ½ cup powdered sugar for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until mixture resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, beat ricotta, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the filling into the crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  5. Before serving, dust with powdered sugar and garnish with additional chocolate chips or cannoli shells if desired.
