- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- ½ cup powdered sugar for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until mixture resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a separate mixing bowl, beat ricotta, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Pour the filling into the crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Before serving, dust with powdered sugar and garnish with additional chocolate chips or cannoli shells if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute mascarpone for ricotta for a richer flavor.
- Chill the pie thoroughly to enhance flavor and texture.
