- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz dark chocolate, melted and cooled
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup raspberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter to form crust. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add melted chocolate and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Pour filling into crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Cool completely.
- Top with fresh raspberries and drizzle with raspberry sauce before serving.

- Ensure cream cheese is softened for a smooth filling.
- Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Garnish with extra raspberries or cocoa powder for presentation.
